Doing what Allah would do if He were here!

5:73 Unbelievers too are those who have said that Allah is the third of three. For there is no god except the one God; and if they will not refrain from what they say; those of them who have disbelieved will be severely punished.

5:75 The Messiah, son of Mary, was only a Messenger before whom other Messengers had gone; and his mother was a godly woman. They both ate [earthly] food. Look how We make clear Our Revelations to them; then look how they are perverted!

5:72 Those who say that Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary, are unbelievers. The Messiah said: “O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Surely, he who associates other gods with Allah, Allah forbids him access to Paradise and his dwelling is Hell. The evildoers have no supporters!”

Punishing perverts and evildoers once they have crossed over into the Hereafter is easy for gods, that is where they live. In the here-and-now, they have to depend on the likes Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, Islamic State... to do what they would do if they lived here.

At least [147] people were reported killed on Thursday when Islamist militant group al-Shabaab stormed a Kenyan university campus …

Why Holy Thursday?

If Al-Shabaab had wanted to bring the widest possible smile to Allah's Face, Good Friday was a better day for a massacre of the people He hates for claiming He has a son, for it was on the Friday Jesus allegedly died on the Cross that Allah conjured up His one of grandest illusions.

4:157 And their saying: “We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary and the Messenger of Allah.” They neither killed nor crucified him; but it was made to appear so unto them. Indeed, those who differ about him are in doubt about it. Their knowledge does not go beyond conjecture, and they did not kill him for certain;

4:158 Rather Allah raised him unto Him. Allah is Mighty and Wise.

The Christian Holy Week holds no surprises for Allah, He was there, even at the Last Supper, which He catered.

5:111 And when I revealed to the disciples (ordering them through Jesus): “Believe in Me and My Messenger”, they replied: “We believe, and You bear witness that we submit.”

5:112 When the disciples said: “Jesus, son of Mary, is your Lord able to bring down for us a table [spread with food] from heaven?”; he said: “Fear Allah, if you are true believers and be witnesses thereof.”

5:113 They said: “We would like to eat from it so that our hearts may be reassured and know that you have told us the truth.”

5:114 Jesus, son of Mary, then said: “O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table spread with food from heaven that it may be a festival for the first and last of us and a sign from You; and provide for us, for You are the Best Provider.”

5:115 Allah said: “I will send it down to you, so that whoever of you disbelieves thereafter I will inflict on him a punishment I do not inflict on any other being.”

A Good Friday massacre of Christian college students would have been problematic at best as most Christian students would have returned home for Easter. I am sure Allah will still welcome into Firdaus the dozen or so holy warriors who managed to slaughter 140 of the perverts who claim Jesus is His son even if they carried out the massacre on Holy Thursday instead of the more emblematic Good Friday.

Happy Easter

One of Al-Shabaab's executioners is said to have wished a Happy Easter before he shot the students who had been coaxed out of buildings with a promise of mercy, but were murdered when they could not prove they were Muslims by reciting verses from the Koran.

That they lied to get the perverts to surrender before they shot them will only improve their standing among holy warriors, for lying in Allah's Cause, a world uncontaminated by unbelievers, is praiseworthy.

4:71 O believers, be on your guard; so march in detachments or march altogether.

4:72 Indeed, among you is one who will stay behind, so that if a disaster befalls you, he will say: “Allah has favoured me, since I have not been a martyr with them.”

4:73 If, however, a bounty from God comes to you, he will say, as though there was no friendship between you and him: “Would that I had been with them; then I would have won a great victory.”

Easter, or more accurately the Resurrection is alluded to in the Koran in revelations where Allah explains how you bring the dead back to life by having someone strike them with the tongue or tail of a cow.

The Resurrection Verse is introduced by a revelation about which most commentators on the Koran agree, that it is the Jews arguing among themselves as to whether it was the Messiah who is alleged to have died on the cross.

2:72 And when you (the Jews) slew a man and fell out among yourselves regarding him, Allah brought forth to light what you had concealed.

2:73 We said: “Strike him with a part of it (part of the cow, its tongue or its tail).” Thus Allah brings the dead to life, and shows you His Signs so that you may understand.

M.H. Shakir is more specific in his translation. The deceased must be struck with a part from a sacrificed cow.

2:73 So We said: Strike the (dead body) with part of the (Sacrificed cow), thus Allah brings the dead to life, and He shows you His signs so that you may understand.

That a growing legion of young people believes this nonsense and are willing to kill those who don't makes me the saddest of all.
